![]() The COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges and has resulted in unexpected outcomes. One of those positive outcomes is having achieved a long term strategic goal of taking the Recharter process essentially paperless. You should receive access code information for your unit’s charter renewal from a District Representative. On this main page you will see the “Recharter Now” button. A representative of each unit can now complete the paperwork for renewing a charter online. From Internet Rechartering, you can indicate returning members, add new members, and update information for an individual or the charted organization. Please begin by clicking the button at the bottom of this page for your unit’s specific Scouting Program (Pack/ Troop/ Crew/ Ship/ Post). Here you will see Helpful Documents, Required Documents and Important Notices. Please ensure all Required Documents are completed for submission. You may submit everything via email directly to your Unit Commissioner and/or District Representative and then mail payment, or you can schedule a date and time to review your documents in person or via a virtual meeting. The deadline for recharter submission is December 1st, 2020.
