August 2014 Newsletter

Thank you to all those that attended!  

We had over 150 Scouts, Scouters and family present for this event.  Many awards were given out.  Let us make next year even bigger!!

A huge thank you to all of those who helped from manning the grill to taking care of the salads to collecting tickets.

A huge "Thank you" to those that helped put chairs and tables back in the church and help clean up.  We were done by 9:00pm.

Chesapeake District Help Survey

This is your District and we need your help to make things work.

Many of the decisions made at District level do effect your unit such as membership, fundraising, activities, programs.  

There are many jobs that we need help with from all areas:

Committee Members, Commissioners, Advancement, Training, Activities and Program, Membership, and Finance. 

We also need help at different functions.

The Chesapeake District has converted all of the Merit Badge Counselors over to the website for easy access for all the units and to allow the list to be kept up to date. 

We will be contacting unit for logins and passwords for those that will need them.
